Focus On How You CAN, Instead of Can't!

Whether you think you can or you think you can't, you're right. These words, generally, credited, to Henry Ford, succinctly, explain, how significant, one's attitude, and mind - set, is, to becoming, the best, and most significant, one can possibly, be!

When one faces obstacles, does he consider, these, as problems, or challenges, to overcome? If, you, introspectively, think - about, the differing image, between problematic thinking, versus, perceiving something, as an obstacle, while, the former, risks, letting things, control you, and your reaction (or lack of), the latter, usually, leads to focusing, on ways, to overcome any challenges, and proceed, in the best way, possible, towards a personally, viable, valuable solution, etc. When your emphasis/ focus, consistently, considers, how, you CAN, instead of, all the reasons, you can't, your chances, of personal growth, and achievement, become, exponentially, greater! With, that in mind, this article will attempt to, briefly, consider, examine, review, and discuss, what this means and represents, and why it matters.

1. Character; create/ creative; coordinate; caring; consideration; clarity/ clear: One's essential, quality of character, is an important factor, between, proceeding, with the necessary, degree of clarity, and insights, versus, becoming, far - less, than you might be! Personal success, and satisfaction, often is derived, from, the ability and willingness, to create a winning - scenario, rather than, dwelling on the negatives. This personal creativity, helps one coordinate, overcoming one's fears, with caring about becoming the best person, possible! To achieve this, often, requires, optimal consideration, clarity, and being willing, to be clear, and seek a solution! In other words, it makes sense, to give yourself, a check - up, from the neck - up, in order to proceed, in the most productive manner!

2. Assess/ assessment; attitude; aptitude; articulate; actions: Will you be ready, and willing, to assess, the real - you, using a meaningful, personal assessment? Personal achievement comes - from, proceeding, consistently, with a positive, can - do, attitude, and articulating, to yourself, the most - positive message, possible! Aligning this, with well - considered, actions, helps you, put, your best - foot - forward!

3. Needs; negativity; nuances; nerve: Avoid the tendency to take the easier path, which often, creates an atmosphere/ aura, of negativity! Know what makes you happy, and satisfies, address those specific nuances, and proceed, with the nerve, to take, well - considered, timely action, instead of resorting to procrastination!

When things, get, tough, will you take the path, of least - resistance, and choose, to procrastinate, or, the beneficial option, of believing, you CAN succeed! If you want to be your own, best friend, proceed, forward, avoiding, emphasizing, problems, and considering, challenges, to overcome!

Three Kinds of People

Which person are you?

Those who make things happen..

These are the people who see an opportunity and take advantage of it. They are action people; they take action and because they take action they are often subject to a lot of criticism from those who have a need to give their self-esteem a boost.  Action people do not allow the negative comments of others to influence their mindset because they are so focused on what needs to be done that what others say is given the attention it deserves.

History is full of examples of those who have reaped the rewards of their actions. Bitcoin is one example; those who invested in bitcoin at the very beginning have done extremely well.

Action people make fortunes out of negativity.

How?

When the markets have taken a dive and negative investors are selling positive people go shopping for bargains in the markets.

Negative people make things happen alright; they create opportunities for positive people to cash in.

Those who watch things happen...

These are the people who want everyone else to be their guinea pig, to test out every new idea that comes along. They watch other people get rich on ideas that they themselves did not get involved in. They are the type of people who do not know anything unless a book points it out to them. An example of these people could be found in England who caught covid during the vaccine roll out but for one reason or another chose not to be vaccinated.

Procrastination is their problem; they keep putting things off which means they are constantly missing out on opportunities to better their lives. Change scares these people. You know the story. "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result."

Those who wondered what happened..

These are the people who do not want to do anything for themselves. They refuse to learn anything new whether it is personal finance, technology, or up-dating their skill base. These people have no desire to better themselves and want everything handed to them on a plate. The sad thing about these people is that they want to bring others down to their level because it makes them feel better about themselves.

You certainly do not want to align yourself with these people as your own self-esteem will suffer.

The bottom line is if you are in the first group of people then expect to cop a lot of ridicule and criticism from the third group. It is best to spend as much time as you can with like-minded people and not be drawn into trivialities which fill the minds of the third group of people.

Personal Development Success Is Within Your Grasp

Many people try personal development techniques, but often they find them hard to accomplish. Barriers, such as physical fitness, mental capacity or self control, can hinder those who wish to try personal development. The tips found in this article will help anyone attempting personal development to break down those barriers.

Part of any successful personal development program is finding your passion. Your goals in both the short- and long-term should be selected with this in mind. The personal satisfaction and fulfillment that comes from doing work you love should be a goal in and of itself. A goal that calls for work you hate, though, may be too hard to achieve.

For those of us who are gamers, organization is also important. You need to keep your entertainment area clear and organized. Cluttered entertainment areas can actually be hazards that can make you fall or cause electrical shocks. Keep your cords and systems organized, don't leave the cords out for people yo fall over. Likewise, with controllers. Keep your games in one area, preferably drawers or cabinets. Most importantly, make sure that you don't have overloaded outlets.

Stand up for your belief systems. Your convictions make your personal character, so be sure to defend what you think is right. There are times when we're tempted to step down and follow the herd. However, standing up and being counted can encourage bravery in others and stop injustice before it starts.

Break down large goals into manageable steps. Many times our goals are lofty, which is a good thing. However large goals can seem unattainable, causing you to become daunted and lose motivation. Before you start any large project or goal, break it down into smaller steps. Get as detailed as you can. Soon you will be well on your way to success.

Head off procrastination and sluggishness with a healthier diet. Stay away from foods high in saturated fat such as hamburgers and french fries. Fatty foods cause fatigue, sluggishness and fatigue, as well as slower thinking. This makes it tough to stay focused and get through all of the tasks on our to-do list.

Make sure that you are well-rested. Working when you're tired can really make your work sloppy and it can really stress you out. It's also not that great for your health. Sometimes, even taking a nap can clear your head and you can be more productive after you wake up.

When suffering from a lack of confidence, you should try to engage in physical exercise or a type of sport on a regular basis. Not only will this improve your body shape and therefore your confidence in your looks, exercise releases endorphins which stimulate the mind and body to a natural high.

As stated before, people often find personal development techniques hard to do. The reason for this is because of different barriers that prevent their development. If you remember the tips found in this article, in regards to personal development, then you can eliminate any barriers in your way and reach maximum development results.

What Will You Do, To Make You GREAT?

If, you don't strive, and refuse, to, proactively, do, all you can, to make yourself, the best, you can be, no one else, will! Commit, to regularly, take the time, and make the effort, to give yourself a check - up, from the neck - up, in a truly, objective, introspective way, so you can realistically, know, and understand, your strengths, and weaknesses, and proceed, forward, to effectively take advantage of, and use, every strength, while addressing areas of personal weakness! Ask yourself, what are you, ready, willing, and able to do, and will do, to make yourself, truly, GREAT? With, that in mind, this article will attempt to, briefly, consider, examine, review, and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, what this means and represents, and why it matters.

1. Goals; growth (personal): How will you create your personal goals, and, why do you believe these, are the ones, which mean, most, to you? Create a series of goals, instead of one, and consider, them, not only, in the near - term, but also, in the intermediate, and longer - run! What do they represent to you, and how might, they change your life, for the better, in a relevant, and sustainable manner? How will you measure, your personal growth, and, why do you believe, improving, in these areas, are personal priorities, and truly, meaningful, for your health, happiness, satisfaction, and well - being?

2. Realistic; responsible: It doesn't help you, to look, at your life, wearing - blinders, and/ or, rose - colored - glasses! You will only become better, when/ if, you proceed, in a realistic way, and focus, on how to become better! Emphasize, the most responsible course - of - action, for you, to take, to make a meaningful, difference, in your own life!

3. Efforts; excellence; empathy: Doesn't it make sense, to proceed forward, effectively using your efforts, so you might, be able, to consistently, demand your utmost degree of personal excellence, rather than accepting, good - enough? Be willing to listen to others, so you might better, understand, your needs, and priorities, and understand, how, proceeding with genuine empathy, makes you, a far - better, person!

4. Attitude; aptitude; attention; action: Proceed, with a positive, can - do, attitude, so you consider, how you can succeed, rather than focusing on all the reasons, you might fail! Every day, commit to enhancing your aptitude, and skill - set, so you can take advantage of these, and become a better person! Instead of avoiding, and/ or, procrastinating, consistently, be ready, willing, and able, to pay, keen attention, and choose, proactively, taking the best action!

5. Truthful; time - tested; timely; trends: It may feel, more comforting, in the short - term, to lie, to yourself, but, only, when you are truthful, will you be greater! Balancing time - tested knowledge and expertise, with proceeding, with well - considered, timely action (instead of procrastination), and discovering, if any recent/ current trends, might be beneficial, will you help yourself, along the path, of quality, personal growth, and development!

What will you do, to ensure, you have the opportunity, to be, as GREAT, as you might become? Will you commit to the necessary actions?
