Here's some great tips to overcome a fixed mindset
Everyone wants to become successful in life but no one wants to fail, but why? Why the people are afraid of failure? Now-adays, people think that they have to make a big jump like a tiger to reach top level position. According to them, it is very easy to have a successful life. They see other people's success and feel jealousy. They just see front side of a person's life but they do not know how much struggle he/she has done to become a successful. How many times he/she has to face failure in life? Did they stop their struggle? Did they become victim of inferiority complex?
Today, I am writing this article only for this purpose to spread awareness among people not to be afraid of your failures. Failures are key points of your life. Without having failure, you cannot get a successful life. It is the golden rule of nature that you have to do struggle for things that you want in your life. Your success is a composition of your determination, hardships and struggle. For this purpose, you have to remain positive and be patience in various steps of your life.
Your positive attitude and determination towards destination are very essential because if you face any failure than you have to take it positively and boost your determination with this courage that you can do better in next try. You have to think like that why I am failed? Have I missed any instruction? What are the reasons in my failure? When you analyze your failure on this pattern, you get the better directions for next try. To remain consistent on your target leads you to success. Just take the example of eagle, his consistency and determination power toward his prey is so high because he knows that he has only one chance to catch his prey. It does not mean that he has caught his prey every time. No, never. Sometimes, he fails but he learns from his mistakes and tries again and again until he succeeds.
Remember one thing; your failures are steps of your success stair. Just take steps like a small baby who cannot run immediately. First of all, he tries to crawl and then tries to stand. While trying to stand, he fails many times but he does not stop his tries. If little child cannot give up then why you give up. Struggle means you are crazy about your dreams, goals and achievements. At any point, if you lose your struggle, you will fall down from the position that you have achieved. Here is a main point; there is no need to struggle for things that other people want, always do struggle for things that you want because your area of interest matters a lot.
At the end, I just want to say that failures cannot stop you from achieving your goals. All failures are lesson for you. If you do not learn from your failures, it is your fault. I repeat it, failures are just inspiration. Do not pay attention what other people say. Just focus on your life and its goal.

Here's some great advice from Jim Rohn
Did you know that you can reach your goals and become more successful in spite of the obstacles before you? Do you know you cannot succeed in anything you set your mind to achieve without overcoming tests and set backs? As annoying as they are, obstacles and challenges are part of the universe's test of your spirit. When you rise up to meet these tests, and pass with flying colors, your perspective and level will change. You also develop the confidence that you can reach your goals anytime.
Do you know that you can reach your goals in spite of the obstacles before you? The first step in this process is recognizing the obstacles in your way. What if you wanted to quit your 9-5 job for an online business writing and selling transformational books, how will you do it? To succeed you have to recognize your obstacles and develop the solutions that will help you overcome them. Do you have the knowledge, talent, and skills to eliminate these interferences? Do you also understand how to use your intuition and trust your gut to help you over these obstacles and thrive?
You have the power to conquer obstacles and make them a distant memory, if you see them as steps on your journey to consistently becoming a better version of yourself every day. How can you do this? Let's go back to the book example again. If you are trying to write a transformational book and you are not sure of how to begin, you can start by writing the first page, then the first chapter. One obstacle might be time, the other might be putting your ideas in words that others can relate to.
This is an example of breaking up challenges into smaller pieces, and tackling them one by one. If necessary you can reach out for help from your support network. Ask for help but also be prepared to recognize when others are simply not in tune with your dreams and you have to trust your gut and faith and proceed with limited support. How can you use your intuition to help guide you through a challenge?
What can you do to stay positive in difficult times? Is your focus clear? How do you put aside distractions and negative thoughts that hurt your progress? One way is to avoid those who try to bring you down and discourage your fight to become more successful. You have to learn to stay positive amid their chatter and ideas and try only those new ideas that make sense to you. This is part of the process of self-mastery and relentless transformation.
Now that you have learned about some of the ways to overcome obstacles and become more successful, check out other ideas and solutions for self-mastery and relentless transformation at Dala Compass Academy

Here's some inspirational words from Tony Robbins
When I was in my mid to late teens I was very aware of two powerful core desires and drivers in my life, and at that time they seemed irreconcilable.
On the one hand I wanted to be a businessman and make money and on the other hand I wanted to follow a spiritual path and perhaps become a monk (which will amuse any of my friends who know me well)!
Gradually as the years rolled by I began to see that these two drives were intertwined in ways that I had not anticipated.
For example, the ups and especially the downs of my business life has been the catalyst for a lot of personal development and spiritual growth, and income generated through my business has enabled me to sponsor and support various spiritual initiatives and activities. This website is an example of this.
In more recent times this has enabled me to take a deeper interest in mentoring and providing on-going support to a number of people.
How to Identify Your Core Desire
If you want to achieve success in any area of your life then there is one very basic and powerful way to do this. It is easy to understand and is fundamental to your nature.
This is the way that people in all walks of life have achieved success from the beginning of time.
It is the building block upon which all success is the built and the rocket fuel that powers it.
To accomplish any success in life, you must identify accurately what it is that you hunger for, thirst for and long for.
Imagine you were lost in a desert and you soon become hot and thirsty. You would do or give just about anything to get a drink of cool, clear water.
This overpowering thirst is what we refer to as a "Core Desire".
The Zen Master and The Water TroughAnother powerful metaphor for finding your core desire is provided by the story of the Zen master who was repeatedly asked by a very devout and seeking student:
"Master, what does it take for me to reach enlightenment?"
The Zen master ignored the student. She asked again and was ignored. Eventually she said:
"Master, please tell me, what must I do to reach enlightenment?"
The Zen master grabbed the student by the scruff of the neck and held her head under water in a nearby water trough.
30 seconds later he pulled the student's head up and then immediately plunged her head back under water.
This process repeated a few times until eventually the Zen master relented - whereupon he said to the gasping half drowned student:
"When you seek Zen as you now seek air - THEN you will find it."
3 Key Steps
1. Accurately identify your Core Desires
Core Desires are those things you want so badly that you will do or become whatever it takes to get them, no matter how hard it is or what the risk or expense is.
These Core Desires are things that your heart is set on - things you want with all your heart.
Core Desires are the things that you would be prepared to die trying for.
In my case my core desires haven't changed since I first became aware of them many years ago. The desire to be a successful businessman and the desire to be a spiritual man are still as powerful as they ever were.
2. Unleash a powerful force that lies within you - the Conquering Force
When your core desire is so strong that you would stake your life on it then it is aligned with one of the most powerful drivers you have - the survival instinct.
This life-force is overwhelming powerful, and when your subconscious mind realises that you will risk anything to achieve your core desire it sees the achievement of that desire as part of your survival.
Without this drive, you will likely give in or give up.
I have found that my desire to succeed in business has sustained me through many long and difficult years. No matter what happens, as long as I am still alive I will always be a businessman because it's in my DNA it is who I am.
I have found on many occasions that my spiritual drive has sustained my business side.
But I have also found that my desire to follow the spiritual path has on occasions put me in positions and caused me to have to take decisions that at the time seemed as though I was putting my business at risk.
So at this later stage in my life, I have come to realise that the stronger of these two drives is my spiritual drive. But I am still and will always be a businessman.
If this sounds contradictory and convoluted, maybe it is, but it is my reality and I have no regrets.
If were to die tonight I believe there may be a few people for whom I have in some small way helped to make a difference.
I trust I have more years ahead of me to enjoy further business success and to make a difference in more lives. For myself, I can think of no better way to live or die.
3. Find a teacher, mentor or coach to help you realize your Core Desires and focus your Conquering Force
Without this assistance, guidance and support, especially in the beginning, you may not gain the knowledge, master the skills, and endure all the hardships and setbacks along the way.
This area is massively important and I will write a separate piece about this subject. I will just conclude for now by saying that one of the most important lessons I learned in life is that over time we become like the company we keep, so choose it wisely and well.
As Goethe allegedly said: "Tell me who you spend time with and I will tell you who you are."
Similarly, Jack Canfield said: "You are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with."
For this reason I have chosen to spend time with and work with people who are more intelligent, more capable and more successful in business than me and with others who are more spiritual and insightful than I will ever be.
"If You Do Not Get What You Want, It Is A Sure Sign That You Did Not Seriously Want It." (Rudyard Kipling)
